Dr Tim Pryce-Brown is currently lecturing on the topics of Business Law and International Corporate Governance at the School of Management in Swansea University and has been a member of staff at Swansea for six years. Having over twenty five years of experience in higher education, Dr Tim has developed a constructive, student sensitive approach to delivering his modules which have proven popular with students. Dr Tim has been published in refereed journals on the subject of company directors’ duties and the development of international corporate governance and has also appeared as an expert for the BBC on consumer protection issues relating to corporate manipulation. Dr Tim is currently researching on developments in international corporate governance focusing in particular on the issues of shareholder and employee participation in management.
