Course Details

This module offers newly qualified staff and nurses new to critical care the opportunity to develop core clinical competencies in the practice and theory of nursing the critically ill adult. This will include assessment and management of the respiratory, cardiovascular, renal, nervous and neurological systems. Critical care nurses will study the fundamental Step One competencies of the National Competency Framework for Registered nurses in Adult Critical care.
